FOR THOSE LOOKING TO GET STARTED BUT ARE ON A TIGHT BUDGET. RLTF FITNESS WILL NOW OFFER ALA CART 30 MIN IN PERSON ONE ON ONE TRAINING SESSIONS. SESSIONS WILL BE DESIGNED AROUND A TRAINING ROUTINE THAT CAN BE PERFORMED AT HOME ON YOUR OWN WITH MIN TO NO EQUIPMENT. THEREFORE IF FOR FINANCIAL REASONS YOUR UNABLE TO COME ON A WEEKLY BASIS YOU STILL HAVE A SOLID FOUNDATION TO CONTINUE YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY WITH OR WITHOUT OUR ASSISTANCE 💪🏾 Changing the world through fitness is our number one priority now and always by any means necessary.
